Enhance Fitness is a proven community-based senior fitness and arthritis management program. It helps older adults become more active, energized and empowered for independent living. EhanceFitness has been nationally recognized by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, US Department of Health and Human Services, and the National Council on Aging.

EnhanceFitness welcomes older adults at all fitness levels. The exercises focus on cardiovascular endurance, strength, flexibilty and balance which can help reduce the severity of arthritis symptoms. In addition, the class atmosphere encourages social interaction, which is a vital part of health and well-being for older adults.

Participants will be assessed when they start, and at the end of 16 weeks. This class will be offered at no charge with your Y membership. Scholarship memberships are available for those needing assistance.
