Ready, Set, Go!
Now that you are a member of the YMCA, here are a few things to help you get the most of your Y experience.

Schedule Follow Up Consultations Track your progress, review your goals and see just how far you've come with the Y. Let us celebrate your successes with you and help you continue your healthy and wellness journey. Three free sessions with a fitness consultant, then register for our top notch Personal Training sessions.
Get Connected and Stay Informed Provide your email address to the Welcome Center desk to receive our monthly e-newsletter filled with helpful health & fitness information, upcoming events, staff and member spotlights, challenges, special opportunities and so much more. Be sure to like our Facebook page to stay informed and engage with us!
Check You Out!
Well, check you in anyway. Please use your key fob to scan in at the Welcome Center desk upon each arrival. This will help us match usage trends and design programs that meet member needs and preferred usage periods. If you forget your key fob, never fear, our Welcome Center staff can check you in manually. Downloading our App (see bleow) is another option of being able to scan in!
The Ottawa Y offers free wi-fi to listen to your favorite tunes while working out!
Lock it up!
Responsibility, caring, honesty and respect are values at the core of the YMCA. To be on the safe side, we provide lockers for your valuables but ask that you bring a lock for use in the locker room. Please take with your items home with you each day. Items left behind can be picked up in the lost and found. Remember, the Ottawa YMCA is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Sharing is Good!
Sharing space with others is awesome! When we work together to keep the facility tidy, put equipment back after using it, keep our cell conversations in the lobby and say 'hi' to a stranger, working out is a positive experience for everyone!
